Senior parents – If your son or daughter needs help applying for college, scholarships, or any other college prep assistance, please reach out to your counselor. As of January 24, we are at 60% application status for the senior class and we want that to be at 100%!
Honor Graduate Breakfast invitations were emailed out last week from Mrs. Valdez. If your senior has a 4.0 or higher you should have received this invitation and the order form for Honor Stoles. Please let her know if you need another copy of the invitation. You can pick up Honor Stoles beginning this week so that your son or daughter can use them in their senior portraits!
Junior Parents – Thanks to all who attended the parent night last week! If you missed the meeting, check your email for a link to the Google Slides presentation. The students will receive their packet of information in Theology classes if you were unable to pick it up. Please also make sure you have the individual conference time set up to fit your schedule with your counselor. We look forward to working with you to prepare for senior year!
Freshman & Sophomore Parents – please mark your calendars now for your upcoming grade level counseling meetings:
Sophomores, February 19
Freshmen, March 19
All meetings are held from 6-7 P.M. in the Cafe.
At the meeting you will learn significant information on the new online re-registration process, scheduling classes for next year, and much more! Students are encouraged, but not required to attend with parents.
You will receive a packet with your son’s or daughter’s updated transcript and his or her PSAT or PreACT scores upon entrance to the meeting. If you are not able to attend, these packets will be sent home the following days via Theology classes.
Keep an eye out in your email a few weeks before each meeting for your grade level meeting agenda and the link to personal conference times for scheduling. If you have questions please let us know.
Your Counseling Team,
Mrs. Brandi Wulf, Counselor A-L
Mrs. Amelia Clayton, Counselor M-Z
